The creative legacy of the remarkable etotist, whose works are kept in museums and private collections in European countries and the US, turned out to be beyond the scientific interests of Russian art historians. Restoration and study of a large monographic collection, held in the All-Union Scientific Research Center of the Russian Academy of Arts. Acad. I.E. Grabar, allowed to return the works to the exposition view, to put forward a hypothesis about the origin of the collection, to attribute and catalog the graphic sheets, and also to reveal analogies, copies and forgery of the master’s works in the largest graphic collections of the country. Etching, reproduced on the album album pages, with the exception of two similar sheets from the Pushkin Museum. A.S. Pushkin, in Russia are published for the first time.

This album – the catalog is the publication of an art collection of Russian painting of the XVIII – XIX centuries from the collection of the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after. I.N. Kramskoy.
The album is a catalog of the works of the painter and writer P.A. Nilus, stored in the funds of the Voronezh Regional Art Museum. I.N. Kramskoy, acquaints the reader with the work of the artist of the period of his Parisian emigration.
