An activity for those who are inspired by the frosty freshness, the beauty of winter nature and do not mind learning the secrets of working with watercolor paints. Using the technique “a la prima” we will paint a winter landscape based on the work from the museum collection of Alexei Savrasov “Winter. Frost.”
Duration — 120 min

During the lesson, participants will get acquainted with the work of the artist Zinovy Efimovich Popov “Winter Window”. Children will show imagination and skill, find answers to the main questions about winter: What color is the snow? Does snow ever get warm? What shades should I use to paint snow? The guys will learn how to choose the right color palette and display snow on their canvas.
