October 20 at 3 p.m. Voronezh Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy invites children from 7 years old and their parents to the workshop Summer Landscape under the guidance of master Lyudmila Kashirsky.
In the lesson, participants will create a summer landscape of wool using the technique of dry felting. The master will tell you about the basic rules for working with such material as wool; will show how to lay it out in layers to get an interesting image and how to add color accents to the picture. The task is possible not only for those who have already worked with wool, but also for beginners.
As a result of the master class, each participant will take with him a finished picture of wool, framed.
Beginning of the workshop at 15.00 hours.
Duration: 120 minutes.

October 13, Vokhm them. I.N. Kramskoy invites adults and children over 7 years old to the workshop “Glowing Autumn”.
A master class led by artist Victoria Afanasyeva will be devoted to the creation of a watercolor painting of an autumn landscape.
During the lesson, the participants will perform 2-3 works (format A5-A6) using different techniques: watercolor “raw” and “dry”, “spray”. Consider how working with tone allows you to create the effect of “luminous” watercolor work.
The master class starts at 12.00.
Duration 90 minutes.
The cost of participation is 250 rubles.

October 12, Vokhm them. I.N. Kramskoy invites to a lecture “Russian and Western European artists about Venice and Venetian painters” (from the series “The Faust Palette”).
The lecture will be delivered by Valery Shakin, a senior researcher at the museum.
The lecture will examine the judgments of Russian and Western European painters and art theorists of the 16th-20th centuries on the merits, significance and role of the Venetian painting traditions in the context of the development of European art.
The lecture begins at 15.00.

September 26 at the Vokhm named after I.N. Kramskoi held a lecture “Singer of Holy Russia”, dedicated to the life and work of the Voronezh artist Vasily Pavlovich Krivoruchko.
The lecture was held as part of a cultural and educational program prepared for the exhibition, “He loved Russia with all his heart. On the centenary of the birth of Vasily Krivoruchko. Painting. Graphic arts. Sculpture”
The lecturer was a senior researcher at the VOKhM named after I.N. Kramskoy Valeria Alexandrovna Meremyanina.
The lecture examined the life and key periods of the work of the famous painter, graphic artist, Honored Worker of Culture of the RSFSR, prize winner Sergei Radonezhsky, honorary citizen of Voronezh Vasily Pavlovich Krivoruchko.
For the most part, the artist’s work is connected with the Soviet era, but the master often turned to subjects that went far beyond the limits of official ideology.
During the presentation part, paintings and graphic works created from the late 1940s to 1994, both in private and museum collections, were demonstrated.
