August 9, 2018 at 16.00 hours in the Voronezh regional art Museum. I. N. Kramskoy will host the opening ceremony of the exhibition of poster artist, graphic artist, painter and sculptor Ravil Sibgatullovich Akmaeva ” Friend from Donetsk. Ravil Akmaev.”

Ravil Akmaev no means a static artist. Obsessed with a sense of novelty, he’s always in search of creativity. In them, the master is affirmed as a person and as an artist with his range of topics and subjects. The painter not so much reflects the world around him, but creates his own, built on subtle life observations and rich creative imagination. This world is densely populated, multi-faceted and emotionally polyphonic. It peacefully coexist as fictional characters and real historical figures: kings, jesters, writers, poets, musicians, artists, statesmen and our contemporaries.

The viewer always finds and sincerely “relishes” his “pictures” (in the words of the author), in which kings, poets and composers, tired of “state Affairs”, literary and other creative work, joke and fool like ordinary mortals. The works of the artist make the viewer not only smile, but also reflect on every pictorial plot. “What’s behind the scenes?”And there’s the artist himself – funny and ironic and wise.

The exhibition presents 86 works of the author, made in the technique of painting and drawing.
