Painting by Ilya Repin from the collection of VOKhM them. Kramskoy is presented at the Tretyakov Gallery

On March 30, 2021, the exhibition “Ilya Repin: Famous and Unknown” began working in the Repin halls of the permanent exhibition of the State Tretyakov Gallery in Lavrushinsky Lane.

The chamber exhibition brought together about 30 paintings and graphic works of the artist from different years. These are works from the funds of the Tretyakov Gallery, private Moscow collections, as well as a late version of the painting “Ivan the Terrible and his son Ivan on November 16, 1581” from the collection of the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy.

The exhibition will run until February 1, 2022.
