This publication is dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the birth of I.N. Kramskoy and illustrates the work of a prominent representative of the democratic art movement of the 1860-1880s, painter, draftsman, engraver I.N. Kramskoy.

Except for a few pencil sketches, also included in the Catalog. Comments ”, the album-catalog reproduces all the artist’s works stored in the funds of the Voronezh and Ostrogozh museums. The reproduction number corresponds to the serial number of the catalog containing information about the technique of performance, about the source and time of receipt of the work, as well as about some models of Kramskoy the portraitist.

The publication is timed to coincide with the artist’s anniversary exhibition and is intended for everyone interested in the history of the development of realistic art.
