February 2, 2020 Voronezh Art Museum. I.N. Kramskoy invites to a master class “Printed animals.”

Adults and children from 10 years old are invited to participate in the master class.

A lesson led by graphic artist Denis Bulavintsev will be devoted to creating an animalistic image using linocut technique. The artist will talk about linocut, show how to work with incisors and linoleum. Participants have to come up with their own creature, translate it into material and get a finished print as a result.

The master class starts at 12.00.
Duration: 120 minutes.
Cost (1 person) – 350 rubles.
Venue: lecture hall.

Denis Bulavintsev – artist, graphic artist. He graduated from the Voronezh Art College, studied with the famous graphic artist, Honored Artist of Russia Vladimir Presnyakov. Winner of the regional creative contest “Cultural trip” (2011). In Voronezh, there were two personal exhibitions of the artist – “Chernozem” in 2012 and “Black and White” in the museum. I.N. Kramskoy in 2015. In 2016, Bulavintsev, together with the poet Lena Dudukina, published a “walker” in Voronezh “Between Heaven and Asphalt”. It published linocuts of Denis and poems about the city of Elena Dudukina. In 2016, “Between Sky and Asphalt” at the Petrovsky Book Club became a bestseller.
