January 2 at 15.00. Museum lesson “Winter patterns”.

Lesson at the exhibition “Images of Russia. Spring, summer, autumn, winter … and spring again. ”
Children from 7 years old and their parents are welcome.
The participants will get acquainted with the museum exhibition dedicated to the seasons, and in the practical part they will be able to paint the glass form with stained-glass paints according to the prepared plots.
A painted vessel can become a candlestick or a container for pencils and felt-tip pens.

Under the guidance of ceramist Arkady Chudakov, participants (adults and children from 7 years old) will learn how to form a clay layer, gain skills in connecting parts, create figures of cats and decorate them.
After firing, it will be possible to take the designer seals home.

January 4 at 12.00. Museum lesson “Theater Artist”.

Children from 7 years old and their parents are invited to a lesson in the exhibition “Costume Theater of Maria Fedorova”

In a museum lesson, participants will plunge into the world of theatrical backstage, find out how the artist creates sketches of future costumes, how he searches for vivid images and embodies them in different techniques. Stage and concert costumes, costumes for theatrical and ballet performances, samples of fashion collections presented at the mosaic exhibition will inspire participants to implement a sketch of their own costume. During the practical part, with the help of colored paper, multi-colored rags of fabric, participants will create a collage on a piece of paper – a carnival costume.
ATTENTION! To make the costume sketch magical, please bring along various beads, sequins, lace, ribbons and other jewelry.

January 5 at 12.00. Master class “Christmas tree toy”.

Adults and children from 7 years old are invited to a master class devoted to the creation of clay Christmas toys.
Under the guidance of the ceramist Arkady Chudakov, the participants using the templates will create a toy by cutting it out of clay, and then paint the product with paints.
At the end of the master class, the products will be fired, following which, finished toys can be taken home.
