March 29, 2019 Voronezh Regional Museum. I.N. Kramskoy took part in the Inter-Municipal Festival of Design and Research Works “Museum Towards Children”, held on the basis of MBOU gymnasium No. 5 of the city of Voronezh.

The organizers of the Festival were the Department of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Voronezh Region, the State Budgetary Institution of Higher Professional Education “Institute of Education Development”, the Department of Education and Youth Policy of the Voronezh City District Administration, the municipal educational institution of the Voronezh Region “Center for Development of Education and Youth Projects” Grammar school № 5.

The main goals and objectives of the Festival are to identify the best innovative practices of organizing museum-pedagogical activities, understanding the role of the museum in the educational space of modern educational institutions, supporting pedagogical initiatives to improve museum culture, developing creative abilities and involving students in design and research activities.

Voronezh Regional Art Museum. I.N. Kramskoy was presented at the Festival by the head of the scientific and educational department of the museum – Larisa Kitaeva. In the program of the plenary session L.A. Kitaeva made a report on the theme “Cultural and educational activities VOKM them. I.N. Kramskoy. A child, as a full participant in the communication process. ” In addition, Larisa Anatolyevna acted as the head of one of the sections of the Festival in the nomination “Museum History”. In the course of the section, a master class on organizing and conducting a museum excursion was held, the active participants of which were students in grades 7–11 of gymnasium No. 5.
