Within the framework of the action “Night of museums” the following events will be organized:
Showing films of author’s animation “Painting in motion” (12+)

Animation is one of the art forms, related to graphics and painting – the traditional objects of the display of the art museum. The cycle “Painting in Motion” was conceived as a continuation and expansion of the traditional museum exposition.

In the lecture hall of the museum will be shown films of artists who have enriched the art of animation with bright and unique expressiveness.

17.30 – 18.30 – films by I. Evteeva (Faust, Tezey, Demon)

19.30 – 20.30 – Alexeyev’s films (“The Night on the Bald Mountain”, “The Passage”, “Pictures from the Exhibition”, “The Nose”, “Three Moods”)

21.00 – 22.00 – films by A. Petrov (“The Cow”, “The Mermaid”, “The Dream of the Funny Man”).

The musical program “Melodies of Spring”, performed by laureates of regional and international contests – cello ensemble “Cello-Vecchi” and ensemble of cellists “Gentleman show” DSI № 7 under the direction of Alla Anatolievna Selivanova.

In the music program will sound: famous classical works (PI Tchaikovsky, K. Saint-Saens, JS Bach), favorite popular melodies from animated and feature films and variety compositions.

Soloists: Mitrofanova Arina, Rukavitsina Olga, Trifonov Igor, Sorokina Ekaterina.

17.00 – 18.00 Story-talk “The history of one exhibit, EA Kiseleva” Maroussia “(within the framework of the” Night of History “timed to the 150th anniversary of the Russian Historical Society)

A story about the history of the creation of the portrait “Maroussia”, written in 1913 in Paris, one of the best students of IE. Repin Voronezh artist Elena Andreevna Kiseleva, who considered this work the most successful in her work, and thanks to which the study of her artistic heritage began in Voronezh.

19.00 – 19.30 Video presentation “Voronezh military with the eyes of frontline artists V.V. Bogatkina and V.A. Demidov “(within the framework of the” Night of History “timed to the 150th anniversary of the Russian Historical Society)

The presentation “tells” about the memorable places in Voronezh associated with the events of the Great Patriotic War, and will give an opportunity to “see” the military Voronezh through the eyes of artists-front-line soldiers Vladimir Bogatkin and Vitaly Demidov, whose works from the VOKHM collection them. I.N. Kramskoye are unique historical evidence of the true tragedy of Voronezh during the Second World War.

21.00 – 23.00 Dance performance “Between the viewer and the museum”

Voronezh residents and guests of the city will witness a unique dance performance “Between the Viewer and the Museum”, performed by the dancers and choreographers of the PROcontemporary community.

The goal of the participants of the dance performance “Between the Viewer and the Museum” is to rethink and feel the museum’s space and its phenomenon in a new way. Show the museum as a meeting place of the viewer with art objects and himself.
