On working days the ticket office closes 45 minutes before the end of the museum.

The rules of visiting the BOOK VO “Voronezh Regional Art Museum. I.N. Kramskoy»

1. The museum is open for visits daily, except on weekends (Monday, Tuesday).

2. Visits to the exhibition halls, exhibitions, cultural events are held on the days and hours established by the administration of the Museum. Visitors’ entrance to the exposition stops 45 minutes before the closing of the Museum; at carrying out of cultural-mass actions the schedule of work is defined by the corresponding Order of administration of the Museum.

3. The museum carries out reception of single visitors and excursion groups. Visitors purchase an entrance ticket and present it at the control.

4. Excursion service is carried out for groups on the basis of the preliminary application, fixing the date and time of the excursion. Excursion service includes paid access to the territory of the Museum accompanied by a guide. Excursion service is carried out for groups on the basis of the preliminary application, on ph. 255-38-67, fixing the date and time of the excursion. Payment for excursion service is carried out for cash.

5. The Museum provides categories of visitors whose services are provided on a preferential basis.

6. Visitors to the Museum are not allowed to:

  • smoking;
  • to litter;
  • be in a state of alcohol and drug intoxication; in dirty, foul-smelling clothes;
  • Have a gun (fire or cold) and other items and things that are dangerous to life and health of people;
  • Visit the Museum with animals, with the exception of guide dogs;
  • use sound-reproducing equipment, pyrotechnics;
  • paste and distribute printed materials;
  • build fire, use any fire-hazardous devices;
  • to pass in an exposition with children’s carriages, on roller skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles.

7. Outer clothing, umbrellas, oversized items (briefcases, bags, bags, backpacks, etc.), food, and water are delivered to the wardrobe of the Museum.

8. Visitors in the Museum are not allowed: By order of the Museum’s administration, if necessary, passage to the exhibition and exhibition halls of the Museum is made in shoe covers issued at the ticket office of the Museum.

9. When visiting the exhibition and exhibition halls of the Museum, visitors are prohibited from:

  • To talk loudly;
  • use mobile phones;
  • touch the exhibits and showcases, go outside the fences and into the premises that are closed for visiting;
  • to carry out photo and video shooting without prepayment at the Museum ticket office;
  • to distract rangers from performing their duties;
  • carry and eat food and drinks;
  • use tripods for Selfie.

10. In the exhibition and exhibition halls of the Museum amateur photo and video shooting of common plans is allowed on a paid basis (without a tripod and flash), excluding the shooting of individual exhibits. Professional photo and video shooting is carried out by prior agreement with the administration of the Museum and in accordance with the Order approved by it.

11. All museum visitors are required to:

  • comply with these Regulations and generally accepted sanitary and epidemiological and environmental standards;
  • To fulfill the requirements of the staff of the Museum for maintaining public order;
  • To leave the territory of the Museum by the time of its closure.

12. Citizens who violate the procedure established by these Rules may be removed from the territory of the Museum and brought to liability provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The right of free access to the main exposition of the museum is enjoyed by the following categories of visitors upon presentation of the relevant document:

  • Employees of museums of the Russian Federation
  • Persons studying on the basic professional educational programs – once a month (last Sunday of the month)
  • Persons who have not reached the age of 18 have the right to free admission to the main exposition of the museum in the mode of self-examination – once a week on Thursdays.
  • Veterans of the Great Patriotic War and local wars
  • Large families – once a month (last Sunday of the month)
  • Children orphans and children left without parental care
  • Pupils of orphanages
  • Soldiers of urgent service, cadets of 1 course of military educational institutions (before entering into a contract with them)
  • Persons with disabilities I, II group
  • Patients with oncological diseases
  • Children of preschool age
  • Members of the Artist’s Union
  • One accompanying group of children for 10 people
  • One accompanying group of adults for 15 people

The following categories of visitors are entitled to free tour services:

  • Excursion groups of children from the number of vacationers in health camps
  • Pupils of boarding schools, children with disabilities and children from social and rehabilitation institutions by prior request
  • Persons Living in Nursing Homes and Disabled Homes
  • Large families – 1 time per month
