Voronezh, like the whole country, survived the terrible years of World War II, full of pain and destruction.

Today, looking back, we thank those who defended our homeland and allowed new generations of Russians to appear. Looking back, we call for peace, to prevent a recurrence of the horrors of war.

The Russian people accomplished the greatest feat: they saved their homeland, and also preserved its cultural and scientific heritage.

Employees of the Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy during the war did everything possible to save their collections from invaders.

Themed video presentation will tell about the life of the museum in wartime.
