October 12 at the Vokhm named after I.N. Kramskoy held a lecture “Russian and Western European artists about Venice and Venetian painters” (from the series “Palette of Faust”).

The lecture examined the judgments of Russian and Western European painters and art theorists of the 16th-20th centuries on the merits, significance and role of the Venetian pictorial traditions in the context of the development of European art.
