The exhibition presents for the first time in Russia a collection of first issues of postage stamps from various countries of the world and their gold and silver replicas. The exhibition features unique exhibits, starting with the world’s first brand – “Black Penny”, released in the UK in 1840. In addition, the exhibition exhibits the famous philatelic rarities – the first brands: Brazil – The Bull’s Eye (1843), Belgium – The Epaulettes (1849), The Kingdom of Saxony – The Saxon Troika (1850), The USA – The Five Centenary B. Franklin (1847), France – Ceres (“Sereye”) 20 centimes “, the Kingdom of Prussia (Germany) -” The Prussian Silberman “(1850), Canada -” The Threepenny Beaver “(1851) and many others.
